What to Expect from a Reiki Treatment
To receive a Reiki treatment, a client lies on a massage table or sits in a chair, fully clothed. Resting comfortably, the client closes his or her eyes and let's me do the rest. I will move through a series of light hand placements on the head, torso, back, and extremities.
During the treatment, clients might feel warmth, tingling, or coolness. Most people feel very relaxed. Some even fall asleep.
After the treatment, I will have you rest a few minutes, sit up slowly, and offer you a glass of water.
Disclaimer:
Reiki is hands-on healing practice used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is not a replacement for treatment prescribed by a doctor, licensed Health Professional or mental health provider. It supports and compliments medical treatment.
